For the Overburdened Taxpayers of Vancouver Washington

    November 28, 2007

In the headlines of yesterdays Columbian they have an article indicating that Wal-Mart will appeal the decision of the county commissioners in turning down Wal-Mart building a store in the Salmon Creek area. In fact Wal-Mart with all their lawyers has appealed the decision in Cowlitz Superior Court.

    So [...]

    In My Opinion

I knew it was just a matter of time. The Columbian has finally printed an Editorial (SPEAK UP VOTERS) I can agree with.

The Columbian is also right that there are some crucial races and issues on Tuesday’s Ballot. Too bad they have taken the role of Cheer Leaders for the Incumbents and increasing taxes instead of just printing the facts.

    In Friday’s Sport’s [...]

Call Kentucky for Change House Party

I have signed up to host a Call Kentucky for Change House Party run by MoveOn org Political Action.

We’re working to turn Kentucky blue by defeating Governor Ernie Fletcher this November. Fletcher is another corrupt Republican – indicted for favoring his political cronies and constantly pushing policies that hurt Kentucky;s working families.

Hundreds of MoveOn volunteers have already hit the streets in [...]

John Laird in his column asked he question, [...]

    Housing for People

After attending a meeting yesterday by the Clark County Association of Realtors, I came away with the feeling that they didn’t want to be regulated by any government entity and that the growth management act was a bad thing. They also indicated that infill [...]
