mccain's droopy left eye

McCain’s left eye droop could be a TIA (a small stroke) or Bell’s Palsy, though that usually affects one whole side of the face (droopy jowls, drooling, etc.).

The other possibility is that McCain has developed a Queeg-like tic, and they shot him up with botox to keep him from looking totally insane.

I’m sure Cindy’s got some in her handbag - but whether she’d share it is another question entirely….
