State Rep. Jim Moeller, D-Vancouver, running for a fourth two-year term in the 49th Legislative District, will kick off his campaign from 5 to 7 p.m. today at The Academy, 400 E. Evergreen Blvd. Suggested donation is $25 per person. 360-903-5115.
