FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Republican Rep. Geoff Davis apologizing to Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama on Monday after referring to him as “that boy.”

Addressing a Republican gathering Saturday night, the Kentucky lawmaker said, “That boy’s finger does not need to be on the button.” Davis was talking about political and national security issues at an annual GOP dinner.

Well, at least this moron is true to his name.

It’s amazing: whenever a trip home to warm, sunny FL tempts me to leave the cold and wet relative socio-political paradise of the Pacific Northwest to return to the South, some cracker asshole like Davis pops up to remind me why I left in the first place. So, thank you for that, at least, Congressman.

But you’re still a cracker asshole, and the fact that you’re in Congress proves that the Bugman left some vermin behind.
