Here are the scenarios IMHO:

1. We do the do over - Obama wins the primary
2. We don't do the do over - Obama wins the primary
3. We split the delegates 50/50 - Obama wins the primary

Obama runs against McCain - Obama may or may not win

Alternative scenarios

Any of the above FL, Michigan choices - Hillary steals the primary
1. Hillary chooses Obama for VP, he accepts
2. Hillary chooses Obama for VP. he declines
3. Hillary chooses Obama for VP on the condition that he publicly says that Hillary did not steal the primary

Result of the alternative scenarios 1 and 3 above: McCain beats Hillary because Hillary steals the primary and Obama is perceived as a capitulator to Washington power.

Result of alternative 2 scenario: McCain beats Hillary because Hillary steals the primary.

Ultimate result unless Hillary concedes rather than steals the nomination: Extremely disenfranchised Democratic electorate for many years to come. Unlikely a Democrat will be elected for many years to come. Hillary's political career is ended.

But never mind my opinions, after all, I still think the will of the people should mean something in this country. Guess I need to grow up!
