		<description>This is excellent news indeed, and it is important to note that both the City of Vancouver and the Port of Vancouver came together on some land swaps that were vital for making this one happen.

There are a lot of people in the Community who stepped up to the plate,and donated this money for a very worth cause.  I'm certainly looking forward to next year when the new facility should open.
