Moore Blitzes Wolf over CNN “infomercial”

This video includes the CNN hit piece lambasting Moore's "Sicko" and Michael's response.  This is a good example of the biased propagandizing that poses for mainstream news today.  Michael is correct that the mainstream media has no credibility so even if they are reporting the truth, we, the people, have ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY.

As Bush tried to say, "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". –Chinese Proverb.  (Fool me three times and turn off TV news altogether.)

The CNN piece even plays like an infomercial rather than a news broadcast.  Where are the facts to back the piece up?  And notice how Wolf seems to know Michael is right and keeps changing the subject?

Moore's retort that Giuliani must hate Medicare hits the mark too.  Moore also stands up for Hillary and puts in a plug for Gore.  yeah!

Update:  Just noticed Stillwell over at NW Progressive Institute also had a post today on this subject and he points to a rebuttal page on Moore's website.  Folks, the media in this country really, really needs reforming.  Brainwashing disguised as news is not news.  A free press does not mean free to convince people that facts are not facts to further a hidden agenda, especially when it is cloaked in what is supposed to be objective reporting.

  1. Now you can understand why the internet must be controlled by the powers that might be.

More and more people are getting their news from the internet, and it sure isn’t what is being reported by the overpriced talking heads of a TV station.

As long as the average American person is kept in the dark (mushroom) the more the “elected critters” can lie, steal, cheat, etc.

This starts at the local level through the federal gov’t. And the average voter keeps re-electing these people. Term limits is the only way to help offset this problem, and also another sore point: why can’t a person declare themselves as a voter, not as a independent, puggie, green, dummie, or any other party?

We should be able to vote for any person we want to, not just what person appears on the party ballot.
