According to The Columbian today:
Pat Campbell, who almost unseated state Rep. Jim Dunn, R-Vancouver, last November, filed for the seat Tonkovich has held for the past 16 years. Campbell ran for Vancouver council two years ago and received 44 percent of the vote in an unsuccessful campaign against Councilwoman Pat Jollota.
