Campbell wins maybe?

As of 5:15 pm today, November 9 only 144 votes separate Campbell and Dunn in the 17th LD race. The 144 votes represent less than .5% of the total votes cast. This one is close! Ouch!

  1. Well, we don’t call him “Landslide Pat” for nothing, now do we? :D

I wouldn’t worry about this — ballots had to be postmarked by Tuesday, so the amount of ballots left has to be quite small. I’ll give county elections a call.

  2. The Columbian said 17,000 were left to count today. That’s a lot. Apparently lots of Rs voted late. The turnout was also higher than expected. Let’s just hope that it skews back the other way today.

It still was a miracle campaign with lessons learned by many.

I’ve looked at life from both sides now
From win and lose and still somehow
    It’s life’s illusions I recall
I really don’t know life at all.
